Cancellation, Return & Refund

linqs.in believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and the cancellation policy has framed accordingly.

How do I cancel an order on linqs.in?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

For outright cancellations by you:

- If you cancel your order before it has been processed for preparation, we will refund the entire amount.          

- No cancellation after that will be possible for some products as they are specially prepared for you only.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

-If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Return Policy

We strive to send products in best possible conditions. However, if you think, the product you have received is not in order i.e. packaging damaged etc; please contact us​ with details of the order and your info. You must return this product to our office address within 10 days of receipt of it. The refund will be made if the product has not been used or tampered with. The refund will be made within 7 days of its receipt by Linqs.in.
