If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use our services and make purchases.

2. Products and Services

LINQS provides:

• NFC Products: Physical tags, stickers, and cards embedded with NFC technology for contactless information sharing.
• Digital Profile Platform: Web-based platform to create and manage your digital business card profile.
• Customization Services: Design and printing services for personalized business cards.
• Analytics: Tap tracking and engagement insights for your digital profile.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any products or services without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Placement: By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods: We accept payments through Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Wallets.

Payment Security: All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time: Custom NFC products typically require 3-5 business days for production after design approval. Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Shipping: We ship across India through reputable courier partners. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery: Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns and Refunds

Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom NFC business cards, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. Please review your design carefully before approving.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.

Product Functionality: If your NFC card does not function as intended upon delivery, we will replace it free of charge. Report any functionality issues within 30 days of receipt.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable).

6. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property: The LINQS name, logo, website content, software, and design elements are owned by Yuvera and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you provide for your digital business card profile (text, images, logos). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it for providing our services.

Design Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that any designs, logos, or content you submit for printing do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. We are not liable for infringement claims arising from customer-submitted content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LINQS and Yuvera shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account, or issues arising from third-party services or websites linked from our platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer: Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated. NFC technology functionality depends on the recipient's device compatibility, which is beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
