Shipping
Delivery Timeline
All orders are delivered within 3-5 business days across India. Custom-branded NFC products may require an additional 1-2 business days for production before dispatch.
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery:
- BlueDart - Premium express delivery for metro cities
- DTDC - Reliable pan-India coverage including tier-2 and tier-3 cities
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:
- Tracking number for your shipment
- Direct tracking link to monitor delivery status in real-time
- Estimated delivery date

Returns
Return Policy Terms
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required
Note: Custom-printed cards with personalized designs are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, share your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable). Email us at support@linqs.in for assistance.
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Warranty
What is Covered
All LINQS NFC products come with a comprehensive warranty that covers:
- Manufacturing defects - Any defects in materials or workmanship
- NFC functionality - If your LINQS NFC product fails to tap or communicate with compatible devices under normal use
- Print quality issues - Fading, peeling, or defects in the printed design that occur under normal use
Warranty Duration
Your LINQS NFC product is covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
What is Not Covered
- Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, water, or chemicals
- Unauthorized modifications or attempts to repair the product
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
How to Claim Warranty
To file a warranty claim, contact our support team:

Our team will review your claim within 48 hours and arrange for a replacement if the issue is covered under warranty.
