Typical turnaround is about 7–12 working days after artwork and payment are confirmed, depending on quantity and finish. Large or specialised runs may take longer — we confirm a firm timeline with your quote.

Yes. Every LINQS custom order ships with an itemised GST invoice suitable for business procurement and input-tax-credit claims.

What artwork files do you need for printing?+
A print-ready vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) or a high-resolution PNG works best. Share your logo and any layout you have; our team prepares the print proof for your approval before production.
Can I see a proof or sample before the full run?+
Yes. We share a digital print proof for sign-off before production, and physical samples can be arranged for larger orders. Confirm sampling needs when you request your quote.
Which NFC chip is used for custom tags?+
Most custom orders use NTAG213 (144 bytes, ideal for short URLs and review links), or NTAG215/216 for larger payloads. For brand authentication and anti-counterfeit use, NTAG424 DNA supports NFC Forum certified secure authentication.
Can the encoded URL be changed or locked after printing?+
Standard NTAG213/215/216 tags are rewritable, so you can update the URL later. If you need write-locked tags where the link cannot be changed after encoding, request locking in your quote.
Will custom NFC tags work on metal surfaces?+
Standard tags lose range on metal. For metal mounting we supply on-metal (ferrite-backed) versions — mention the surface in your request so we spec the right tag.
