What decides the price of a bulk NFC keychain order
NFC keychain and hang-tag pricing is driven mainly by material and printing rather than by chip choice, since every option in the range taps the same way. Entry pricing starts at ₹76 per piece ex-GST at the largest pack size.
- Material
- Acrylic is the standard choice and carries printing well. Epoxy-domed jelly tags have a raised glossy finish that suits retail and gifting. PVC key cards are flat and fit a wallet alongside existing cards. Material is the single largest cost difference in this range.
- QR alongside NFC
- Adding a printed QR code lets anyone scan with a camera when a phone cannot tap, which matters for public-facing use such as review collection. It adds artwork work rather than hardware cost.
- Printing
- A logo, a name or designation, a short instruction line, and full artwork each change setup cost. Plain unprinted stock is the lowest-cost option for teams that only need the tap to work.
- Encoding
- One shared link across the batch is the cheapest setup. A separate page per tag, used for contact tags and asset tracking, is quoted per piece because each unit is written and verified individually.
- Quantity
- Unit price falls with volume. The quote flow collects a quantity band rather than an exact number so a price can be returned before the order is finalised.

What NFC keychain materials are available in bulk?
Acrylic, epoxy-domed jelly, and PVC key card. Acrylic is the standard bulk choice and prints well. Epoxy has a raised glossy dome suited to retail and gifting. PVC key cards are flat and carry a printed QR alongside the NFC chip.
Can an NFC keychain carry both NFC and a QR code?
Yes. The acrylic QR plus NFC model is the most common bulk order, because a printed QR gives a fallback for anyone whose phone cannot tap or who prefers to scan. Both routes can point at the same destination.
Can each keychain link to a different page?
Yes. Per-tag unique links are standard for contact tags, pet tags and asset tracking, where each unit must resolve to its own record. A single shared link across the batch suits reviews, events and loyalty campaigns and costs less to produce.
Do bulk NFC keychains come with a GST invoice?
Yes. All LINQS bulk orders are invoiced with GST and ship across India.
Which chip is used in NFC keychains?
NTAG213-class chips cover the range and hold 144 bytes, which is enough for any URL. Epoxy hang tags and PVC key cards in the range use NXP NTAG216 with 888 bytes, for setups that store more than a link.
