What decides the price of a bulk NFC sticker order

Bulk NFC sticker pricing in India is set by six variables. The quote flow above collects all six, which is why it returns a firm price rather than a range. Entry pricing starts at ₹8 per piece ex-GST at the largest pack size.

Chip
A compatible NTAG213 is the lowest-cost option and holds 144 bytes — enough for any URL. Genuine NXP NTAG213 costs more and reads more consistently. NTAG215 (504 bytes) and NTAG216 (888 bytes) are only needed when the tag must store more than a link, such as an offline vCard.
Size
The LINQS sticker range runs from 5 mm micro FPC tags up to 75 x 50 mm labels. Smaller tags cost more per piece to manufacture and read from a shorter distance, so size is a trade-off against scan range rather than a pure cost saving.
Surface
Metal detunes an NFC antenna, so any tag mounted on steel, aluminium, machinery, vehicles or metal racking needs an anti-metal construction with a ferrite layer. These carry a higher unit cost than a plain sticker of the same diameter.
Material
Paper is cheapest and suits indoor, short-life placements. PET and vinyl handle daily handling. PVC and epoxy-domed tags suit customer-facing and outdoor use. FPC is a thin flexible substrate used for the smallest tags.
Printing
Plain white stock is the lowest cost. Logo plus QR printing, full-colour edge-to-edge artwork, and per-piece serial numbers each add setup and run cost. Artwork can be supplied print-ready or laid out by LINQS.
Encoding
Tags can ship blank for self-encoding, or be written and locked before dispatch. Per-piece unique links cost more than one shared link across the batch because each tag is written and verified individually.

Common questions

Can NFC stickers be used on metal?

Only anti-metal versions. A standard NFC sticker placed on metal will usually not read at all, because the metal detunes the antenna. Anti-metal stickers add a ferrite layer between the tag and the surface. LINQS stocks anti-metal stickers from 5 mm up to 30 mm, in NTAG213, NTAG215 and NTAG216.

What is the smallest NFC sticker available in bulk?

5 mm. LINQS supplies 5 mm micro FPC tags in both standard and anti-metal builds, plus 10 mm FPC options. Tags this small trade scan range for fit, so they suit embedding inside a product or tagging small tools and components rather than customer-facing taps.

Which NFC sticker reads from the longest distance?

Read range scales with antenna size, so the largest tag that fits the surface will always read best. The LINQS range tops out at a 75 x 50 mm label. Where a large tag will not fit, a 25 to 30 mm tag on a non-metal surface is the practical maximum for reliable phone taps.

Do bulk NFC stickers come with a GST invoice?

Yes. All LINQS bulk orders are invoiced with GST and ship across India. Company name and delivery city are collected in the quote flow so the invoice and dispatch details are correct from the first order.

Can each sticker open a different link?

Yes. Tags can be encoded with a unique URL per piece, which is the normal setup for asset tracking and serialised labels, or with one shared link across the whole batch, which suits review and marketing campaigns. Per-piece encoding is quoted separately because each tag is written and verified.

Are tamper-evident NFC stickers available?

Yes. A tamper-evident NTAG213 label is stocked for sealing boxes, equipment panels and documents, where removing the tag must leave visible evidence. It is selected inside the asset-tracking path of the quote flow.
